My tablet seems to be locked as a company tablet

I bought this tablet on ebay last year and had no problems using until I factory reset without deleting my google account. When a buyer tried to put in his google account the tablet will look for knox update and repeat and error that google device owner policies aren't supported on this tablet. Contact support with a supported profile then it shows a ABM IT Services number.
