A random restart once a day makes it difficult to track down the cause of the problem.
Finding an intermittent problem is difficult until you can make the problem happen again and again, then you can find out why it is occurring.
You may have to start remembering (and writing it down), what you’re doing on the phone at the time when it does restart, e.g. are you always using the same app when it occurs, what is the battery level at the time, were you using BT or WiFi etc.

most of time my phone is just setting there not being used and it just restarts battery between 65 and 90 percent and on wifi I notice in setup wizard it tells me my sync is turned off but its not have to use Verizon cloud to get my contacts

Check the "advanced" WiFi settings to see if they have changed or need to be changed, especially "Keep WiFi on during sleep" (I assume that you'd want "always") and perhaps Auto Network switch which perhaps you may not want
Go to Apps > Settings > WiFi > click on Menu soft key - left key below screen) > Advanced.
Just trying to eliminate possibilities.
also getting popup saying touchwiz has stop working when I did a factory reset the set up wizard is now showing my sync is on for my contacts I also get a popup google wants permission to get information on the app im using I click ok and it tells me I don't have permission to use this site could the operating system be corrupt

Here's how to try and solve the Touchwiz problem.
If it's only the one app that needs permission try updating that app and see if that resolves the problem.
