Password forgotten -usually use fingerprint
I have fingerprint to open my Ipad, but when I switch off and re-boot, I have to put a password into it and I have forgotten, I need to get back into it but cannot lose any data or files on it, its my life any suggestions pleae, it doesnt give me any options to ‘forgot your password’
Any help and advice would be greatfully appreciated and thank you in advance

Hi, sorry for the delay, I have got into it now thank goodness and the password was all numbers, an old telephone number before I moved, thanks anyway guys
