Getting this error message when accessing the notifications. PS4 appears to restart to error message screen with error message. Initialized it thought that might fix it. Still getting this error message after the initialization on,y happens in notifications.

“ i had exactly the same error since R6S latest update. I even re-initilized the PS4 in safe mode, the error persist. Now, today i got 2 friends request, but could'nt accept them, same error. Then i went to Playstation app on my iphone and accepted them from there. Went back to PS4 and guess what: i can access my friends list, invite players and no error. Just a head up, hope it helps! Cheers! “
it may be game related, uninstall the game that has been recently installed or updated. reinstall.
