My laptop does not live

I have acer aspire laptop..The problem is

  1. When I on the laptop,the fan in motherboart is not running
  2. The laptop have switched the ram and also battery
  3. When include the hardware in motherboard, my laptop also not running
  4. When I out the hardware(ram&battery), same hhappen..
  5. What should I do by fix the problem

Hi,

What is the model number of your laptop?

Does it turn on with the charger connected and switched on and the battery removed or disconnected?

Acer aspire v5 472..yes,I have doing this but Same happen..my laptop not running
