"unfortunately Phone has stopped"
How do i get rid of the “unfortunately phone has stopped” sign if it will not even allow me to get to my home screen and keeps shutting off?

Do a software update (Settings > About phone > System Updates)

Try updating all of the software on your phone and see if it goes away. If the phone is unusable then this won’t help so discard this post if that’s the case.
