Well, the screen may just be a non-quality part so I would advise you to return the screen and buy the screen from iFixit instead. iFixit only sources parts from trusted vendors who produce higher quality parts and iFixit also rigorously tests their parts too so there is less of a chance of part failure.

If the Logic Board did spark, you probably fried the Logic Board. I would give a new Logic Board a try and see if the boot loop goes away.
