Fridge compartment not cooling

We have a Whirlpool refrigerator (Model; ED5FVGXWS07) , the problem is that the location where the air damper is it doesn’t send cool air from the freezer to the fridge. So the fridge is warm and spoils all our food.

Its not the first time it does that. Every time we will fix it and we would have to order a new air damper control. But this time its NOT the air damper, we noticed that when we open the freezer door and check where the air damper control is, it DOES send cool air but when we close the freezer door it DOESN’T.

We already checked the condenser and evaporator fans and they do work, cleaned the condenser coils. So we don’t know what the problem is!
