I am sure it can be replaced, because there are tons of tutorials on how to replace a broken charging port on a Samsung Galaxy Tablet, which is the smaller version of this device.
Agreed, just looking briefly into it seems as though it would not be crazy difficult but have not had to work on that particular model, The issue I have is finding a part from a legitimate seller that I would trust.
