I also am looking for ifixit help here, as the support for the camera has all but evaporated:
A third-party has taken over 360fly's support and require a cash deposit before providing an address on where to send the broken device for repair... Which seems dodgy to say the least!
Unfortunately, it appears that there is no option for repair unless you know of a lens provider and is willing to attempt a camera repair. It also appears that the company may soon fold as the website is declaring that their entire product line is currently sold out (as of June 11/2019).
If anyone out there knows any more details about this, I'd REALLY like to know!
