My tab is not turning on even when connected to charger

My tab lenovo yoga tab 3 is not turning on even when connected to charger,

i gave to service centre , they said motherboard must be replaced ,as my warranty got expired they said it cost around 10k indian rupee what should i do as price of tablet cost 15k ,what should i do are they giving the correct price or can u please tell me solution
