Missing settings app to change password so it can use the new modem ju

My tablet was working alright with the internet until the copper wire was just replaced with Fibre so the modem was changed Its password is different and to use it I have to use the settings App to write the new password into the Tablet. Cannot do as app has disappeared. How do I get it back?

if you dont have any data you really need do a factory reset

Bring up settings in the Apps tray if it was removed from the desktop. Choose <Connections>, <WiFi> and delete the old connection and scan for the new one, select it and enter the information when prompted.
