battery gets empty in no time inspite of 3200mAh

hello

for last 1 month i m facing the problem of less timimg of charge.

before now i used to charge my phone 100 percnt and it worked all the day lefting 10-20 percent and i was satisfied with charge...for the last month i m facing problem of battery gets to zero in no time i charge it many times a day

i also changed the battery and got a new one bt still same issue.

what is the solution to this problem ??

is there a fault in the phone??

Hi @utter ,

Try starting and running the phone in safe mode and check how long the battery lasts.

If its performance improves when used in this mode, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem.

To find out which one is the cause of the problem, you’ll have to uninstall your downloaded apps, one by one, and check whether the problem is resolved between each uninstall. When the problem is no longer evident then the last downloaded app that you uninstalled is the culprit.

Other things to check is if you have WiFi, BT and GPS switched on all the time. If you don’t need them on all the time, disable them as they consume a lot of power.
