HP DeskJet GT 5810 printer cartridges

i just bought brand new HP DeskJet GT 5810 printer , and i have execute every step in the manual but I am stuck in this error, when I insert only the black cartridges into the printer works perfectly but then the error shows that tri-color cartridges is not inserted which is true , but when I insert only tri-color cartridges into the printer the error shows that both of cartridges are not inserted when in fact only bith cartridges is inserted, the cartridges are brand new as well, and i have cleaned the cartridges and tried other methods from the manual instructions, Any idea what the problem is?

i am wondering why is it that the ink in my printer tanks are not being used instead the it is always the ink cartridge and supposed to be the hp deskjet gt 5810 is continuous but it turns out like that. it will cost me a lot if i am going to buy and but cartridges

You need to insert both cartridges into the printer. The fact that you can print when only the black cartridge is installed is a fluke.

i cant print with only black cartridges but when i insert both cartridges it is the same error that tells me both cartridges are not in the printer when in fact both of them are in the printer, and only happens when i insert the tri-color cartridges
