Why wont it turn on, lights dim and cant change setting?

All of a sudden my Kenmore Elite HE4 stopped working the lights are dim, I cant change the setting from Bulky Bedding, the control lock and check lint screen lights are dimly lit. I have checked the lint screen and cleaned it. I dont know what else to do.
