The Optical outlet in the Mix amp has broken and when I attempt to plug the cord in from the PS4 into that, it will not sit flush, therefore will not work. It seems the plastic ring inside the device is broken (from my abuse) and will not work.
This is a Gen 1 Mix amp. I just need to know who can or how can I repair this?

The outlet part needs to be replaced. If you can get a photo of that part while the unit is opened, I may be able to locate on for you. This should be a straight forward replacement of the part.

I think my optical port on the mixamp is broken as well, I get no sound at all.
