Tapping sound like valve tap

I just changed my spark plugs on my 2005 jeep gcherokee 3.7.. which has coil packs...I now have a tapping sound like a valve tap.. I checked all plugs again to make sure right gap etc.. All were good and torqued to specs... I also tried to sprits with spray bottle at night to see any arks but none.. There was a main code po113 IAT sensor had high voltage.. I heard that more then most this does not need to be replaced...I spray cleaned it with the right cleaner instead.. I also cleaned full throttle body and all attachments.. I m lost!
