phone will not power on or charge
phone appears dead, will not charge or power on. ive replaced battery. can not get phone to wake up.

PC running Win 10 sees it as an unrecognized device. when i could power up the phone it was recognized. need ti wake up the darn phone somehow.
Well the good thing is the PC does recognise the device which means it's not destroyed. So it works but you can't see anything. Could it be a damaged LCD? Are there any cracks anywhere on/around the screen?
no damage at all. Note Windoze does NOT recognize the device. it only senses a USB device has been plugged in. Since I have indurance I'm going to replace it. Just have no way to wipe the phone, sionce it wont power on.
replaced battery. tried two different charged batteries (external charger). Tried to boot into recovery mode, but as the phone acts dead, can't. tried bagging and putting in freezer, no go. basically tried every viable option and the phone will not respond.
