Boots into black screen with message "AFU: Test IFWI BIOSUpdate.FV"

Hello, my friend's Asus Transformer book tablet keeps booting to a black screen displaying the message "AFU: Test IFWI BIOSUpdate.FV". Trying to reset it doesn't work, just boots into the same screen. There is no option to go into BIOS recovery.
