Whats wrong with my audio only during calls?

I did an entire assembly change and everything works but the audio during calls, I dont know if its the earpiece or the microphone or both, with speaker on, it makes alien sounds/hallway audio/echo n with regular talk ppl can hear me but I cant hear them, what's wrong and how do I fix it?
