A few days ago i used my ps4 with a USB splitter, i had a bluetooth reciver connected, my keyboard and my mouse.
After a few hours of playing, suddenly all three usb devices disconnected, i tried restarting the device, but it didn’t help..
Did the usb ports burn out from overload?

Since all of the ports have failed, you must look at a common point. In this case, the common point is the USB controller IC. This chip has likely failed and must be replaced. There was a link to a video on how to do this already posted. Please note that there is specialized equipment required for this repair. If you have not done this type of repair before, try on a few scrap boards first. This is a hands on training type of skill that requires practice.

did you remove the splitter and try the ports on the console

Yeah, i tried connecting the keyboard directly into the ps4 and still didn’t work.

it could be the chip that controls the usb power has went bad because you had all of them plugged in
