one particular SIM card is not able to receive and make call.

one particular SIM card is unable to receive and make calls, SIM location is changed but same fault continue but other SIM works fine. same company other SIM also not working. this SIM works normal in other phone. Factory reset done but still same fault occurred. what is the remedy?
