@cnote you need to give us more information. what model is your Truck? What engine Size? How many miles? AT or MT transmission? Here is the maintenance schedule for a Ram 1500 and should be consistent with most other Dodge Trucks as well

you must use GL4 lube if the transmission is a stick shift,
