Water Damage - Samsung Galaxy Note 3

EDIT: I just put it by the heater, it seemed to work (for at least a day now). I will still get it sent over to someone who can fix it. Thanks alot for the help!

I had water damage to the SN3. It wasn't drowned in it, but some probably did reach into the part below the screws.

Occasionally, the phone will turn on normaly. It would be funtional, touch-screen working ect. Sometimes though, everytime I put in the battery/turn the phone on, it is completely black, has the normal lock screen with stripes of a random colour, or is black wth a random colour. This may happen midway of the touchscreen working. The LED, vibration and sound still works fine in any case.

It's been around a few days or so (as of 16/3/18), so I still don't know if it's fixable or not.
