Why my phone showing emergency calls only?

I'm mobile technician.currently a phone model samsung g360 have no service.

IMEI no is ok.its hardware problem and i can't understand original problem.

More, i,m.not aware properly about mobile signal section of android and iphone.

Plz help me....plz plz plz
