panel locked lite on washer will not start
whirlpool washer Mod#GHW9400PW4 control lock light is on,but the other panel lights not working,machine wont start.any idead?

Try unplugging it for five minutes to allow it to reset. Then when you plug it back in watch for any error codes.

I un-pluged it for 24hours the only lite that comes on is the lock and unlock control,i hold it down for 3 seconds the lite will go off but no other lites will come on even when i hold the control botton down.

After trying all that “unplugging and re-plugging” and pushing “End of Cycle” button, as well as all the other buttons, my Whirlpool Duet Washer, Model WFW9600TW01, still displays the “red light” underneath the Controls Lock/Unlock button on this front load machine. With the machine in the “Controls Lock” mode, it will not ‘power on’ and operate. Solution: Replace the user left-most, user interface, circuit board! For my washer, Whirlpool no longer makes the user interface, parts (nor replacement parts), so good luck getting a refurbished board? You can always get your original, circuit board rebuilt. i'm having trouble with my whirlpool top loader washing machine i just gotten repaired yesterday with a new motor and i also recalibrated too but during the recalibration cycle i noticed all the lights were on except the locked button, and that had me puzzled cause i'm thinking it recalibrated but once finished and i try to start a batch of clothes and i push the start button the locked button comes on pleae help what can i do?
