@pauljonjosh verify first that this happens on all inputs and is not isolated to just a certain one. Then check to see if your onscreen menus are red tinted as well. It can be caused by things like a faulty main board, faulty T-con board and loose, corroded dirty, or faulty LVDS cable. Of course, a bad panel is also possible. Make sure that your settings are all proper and see if you can decrease/eliminate the red hue.
