Multiple issues at once.

Problem 1.

Xbox only starts when cold.

Console will only start if it's internal temp is very low, and will often only activate once, if at all. Making updates impossible due to the mandatory restart upon update.

Problem 2.

Xbox console will not initiate sync with controller.

Console makes strange pop sound when sync button pressed, and will not search for any controllers, even if the controller is searching or not.

Was able to plug in a computer keyboard to bypass Problem 2(just to get to the update area), but console will always restart to install update, triggering Problem 1.
