Why isn’t my monitor won’t come on but?
I actually have a HP Pavilion 23 All-In-One, The screen had gotta shattered, so I bought a replacement screen and another LVDS Cable
Both or the exact same from the original.
After I replace the original LVDS Cable and the screen, it doesn’t comes on at all.
@imvontagar I am a bit confused by that "connecting both the screen will now come on, yes it’s on." "go to sleep but I still can’t see the screen" So what do you see when you turn your computer on? How do you know that the display (screen) is on? what have you checked?

Just a black screen
No HP Logo or anything
