Cannot delete an unsecure webpage.

I think I have a virus. I try to make msn my homepage and I keep getting an unsecured page that is nearly blank except for a header with tabs about plane flight arrivals, etc.

Most likely a browser hijacker. Try to download malware bytes, it is free and do a scan. It should pick up the problems and give you a solution. Failing that; Try This or This.
