Blue tooth is not staying on to allow me to connect to my phone

Blue tooth is not staying on to allow me to connect to my phone , have tried new batteries and nothing the blue light comes on and goes off, it does not flash.

Any ideas ??

I purchased mine when it came out. Used it on an off for years and worked as of late 2023. Trying to use it over the past few days has brought nothing but the blue light. A module in the device must have gone bad.
