My camera has a bunch of colored stripes on the pictures

Every time I open my camera, whenever it's in Snapchat Facebook or just the normal camera app, the screen is filled with 9 different color stripes, you can't see anything else. The colored stripes are(from top to bottom) Gray, White, Yellow, Blue, Green, Pink, Red, Purple and Black
