Hello all
Is there any difference between a Series 1 (1st Gen) and Series 1(2nd Gen) digitizer assembly connectors? Because when I am searching for my Apple Watch Series 1(2nd Gen) digitizer assembly in internet, I see most of them are written for Series 1 (1st Gen). I have broken my glass recently.
Please help me guys.

Lets use better terms to describe the different watches & parts interoperability:
The Original (Gen 1) and Series 1 (Gen 2) only have the same specs they are different parts wise as such you'll need to get the digitizer meant for your watch (Original or Series 1/2)

I have a small confusion. When I check my watch’s serial number for warranty information, Apple is showing my watch as a “Series 1(2nd Gen)” model. Now, this 2nd Gen is my confusion. Is there also Series 1 (1st Gen) watch available/made? Or 1st Gen is actually pointing to the Original Apple Watch which was released in 2015?
Let’s look at a simular confusion... In Europe a buildings floor numbering starts with G for ground floor and the next floor up is the first floor. Here in the states the ground floor IS the first floor and the next up is the 2nd! How confusing!!
You have a Series 1 Watch (Gen 2) and the 1 Gen Watch is the Original Apple Watch by Apples terms. Both watches are the same from a specs perspective but the parts are not the same.
