MultiPod Touch not working after replacing screen

I got my friend to replace my screen after it broke, and now the multitouch doesn't work (it only works when i pinch my fingers). Its really annoying especially when im in Gmaps where if i hold 2 fingers it zooms out or when im playing games (for instance car games)
