1 My phone is not charging through charging port
My honor 3c is not charging through charging port. Battery, charger, cable and charging port are good no fault what so ever. Don't understand what's the problem is it the charging problem on main board please do tell.
Hi,
When you say that the charging port is good, can you connect the phone to a PC successfully via the port?
If not, have you checked the charging port using a strong light and a magnifying glass to see that the port enclosure is free of dust or lint and that all the pins are there and that they are straight and parallel with each other?
Also does the port feel "loose" when you plug in the cable and very gently (stress gently) try to move the cable plug from side to side or up and down?

Does it charge when using another compatible charger or when connected to a computer?
If so then there may be a problem with the original charger.
