Funny grinding noise when low rpm

When I drive my truck on the highway around 65mph it is in low rpm and makes a wired like grinding noise. When I step on the accelerator it is gone. When I’m in low rpm it makes the grinding noise again and sometimes shakes.

The truck has 170,000 miles and the tranny fluid was changed at 164,000
