Why cant I Charge My Astro A50s?
I have the Astro A50s that go with Xbox and windows 10. Lots of the time i put them on the charging port and let them rest but after s while, they do not charge... Any suggestions?

Jack Davidson always check your charger and your cable first. Make sure those are working properly. Then check the charging port, make sure that there is no debris etc. that would prevent from making proper contact. You can clean it with some isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air. Once you determine this is all in good working condition, you want to replace the battery. A failed battery would exhibit the symptoms you describe. Use this video to help you with that task.

Jack Davidson I just checked the audio and it is not that vital to get to the battery. You should get it accomplished by following the video from 3:26 on.
Out of the box will not charge
I tried to get it to dock on the docking station that came with it
It did dock. And the software on the computer recognized it. But said 0% would not charge. Now it is completely dead. I even tried to charge it with USB cable to the headset, no luck after 6 hours. When I flip the power switch up; to the on position, it will not turn on. And this out of the box. I am so mad
I did the reset like everyone said to do. No luck
I think I got a lemon. I ordered it from Amazon. They are shipping me a new one, but &&^&. If it does the same thing again, I am getting my money back and getting the corsair ones. I wish I waited and got them in the first place
