Powerbank inputting but not outputting

My powerbank was working very good for two weeks and suddenly it becoms inputting but not outputtin, it's tottaly on the indicating screen is working, the LED is working and when I connect it to my Phone my phone screen turnes on

》》BUT it's not charging the phone or any other device !!!!
