iPhone 4S Battery Connector detaches and takes out one pad

My surface-mount soldering skills are on the basic level.

I got set back even further when I saw one of the pads had also detached with the battery connector.

I actually heard the iPhone 4S can function without a battery.

How should I restore functionality on that detached pad? I will go hunt for a schematic.

What's the likelihood of restoring the phone to usable condition? We want to perform data recovery, at the very least.

that pad can be jumped to the test point just to the left of it in the photo

The test point is the golden dot? What kind of wire should I use to connect?

yes the test point is the golden dot, magnet wire around 0.1mm or a bit thicker if needed
