How do I solve software crash?
My Note4 has been continously crashing for a week. I purchased a replacement battery from Samsung and the problem remains. Occasionally I get the little green Android on screen with a message saying "Downloading... Do not turn off target!!.
There have been no new apps installed and I have a malware protector which reports no threats. I have backedup the phone to the Samsung cloud.

if you have backed it up just factory reset it
