Nexus 6 Damaged USB port, not able to transfer data

Hello,

I have a problem with USB in my Nexus 6. I'm not able to connect phone to the computer via usb cable to allow data transfer but I'm able to charge my phone using it (also when plugged to the computer). USB port was damaged when I have connected my phone to the front panel USB. Front panel was connected to wrong socket in the motherboard ( front panel was connected to the IEEE-1394 header instead to usb header)

Do you have some idea what element on nexus 6 motherboard could be damaged?

Krzysztof Porczyk there is no specific component that we can say has failed. Best you can do is to disassemble your Nexus using these guides Nexus 6 Then post some high resolution pictures of your motherboard etc. with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide for that Let's see if we can find out what may have failed.
