Jack is not working. Phone will charge on another Alcatel one touch
Charging Jack appears to be BROKEN!
I can charge my battery on my friends phone. He has the same Alcatel one touch, purchased a few yrs ago.
When I try to charge there is no connection, no blue light. NOTHING! Can I repair the jack?
Phone is with Public Mobile and having a !&&* of a time getting help!
