Forgot password how can it be reset or unlocked
I let my cousin use is she changed my password and now I am locked out of my own computer because SHE CANT REMEMBER! Can anyone please help me!!

Hello, I hate when that type of thing happens, I got locked out of a tablet. I've known people who that happened to. I've done some research and, I've came up with two methods. If you are on widows 10, and you logged in with an outlook (Microsoft) account, then reset your password through that. If it will auto connect to internet, then this method will work. If that is not the case I found this thing, that has stuff on it. According to the website I read there is software that can help. This is the link http://www.digitalgrog.com.au/software/r...
A lot of the software doesn't look that shady from what I saw, and virus software doesn't let you download anything with issues. On this specific guid I just skimmed through it, but from what I saw it probably has use.
I hope you are able to get back into the laptop,( I recommend trying the first method if you can).

Oh my god, the same thing happened to you .
Tell me there are other accounts on your computer ? local account ? MS ?
It won't be hard for Microsoft , all you need to do is login MS and reset password from your computer .
