nishant singh since you have an IC that heats up immediately, it does sound like you have a shortcircuit somewhere on the board. Not sure which qualcomm chip you are referring to so it will help if you post some good clear images of your circuitboard. That way we can see what you see. A bad battery could be a partial cause for this since your IC may be part of the charging circuit etc.
