There was no sound coming from phone. I would test a ringtone and nothing would play. YouTube videos would give an error because of sound. I replaced the earpiece speaker, loudspeaker, and the lightning connector and headphone jack. Nothing worked. Any ideas on what it could be?

If you are confident that your replacement parts are good, then the only option left is a logic board issue, as Daniel suggested. You could save yourself some angst by dropping by a local repair shop and they can test out components for you. If they come to the same conclusion, you can send it off for repair. Maybe the shop has someone local who can do it too.
