Have you went into the hardware/settings and check the bluetooth if the driver is active?

Let me know if the bluetooth was working before previously?

New OS installation?

On some laptops, there is a Fn Key + Bluetooth key (Look on the F1 - F12, any bluetooth logo) You need to invoke it to activate the hardware or if there is a slide switch?
