video will not display unless tablet is shaken
Can hear the video, but screen remains black. if tablet is shaken, then, the video can both be seen and heard

gpaschall126 sounds to me like you are dealing with a loose ribbon cable. You'd have to take your tablet apart and check the cables and reset them. These guides should help you getting into your tablet.
