Please confirm your exact model. You didn't give us much to go on here. A history, accidents, exactly what it will do, if you've tested the power adapter, how you know it's fully charged, when and if the batteries have ever been changed, if its been worked on, would help us to help you.
Did something happen? Did you drop it, spill something on it or did it randomly stop working? It's usually a ribbon cable that got loose or if the hinge is broken then the ribbon is most likely ripped
