Hello I have a customer with an iPhone 7. I replaced the screen and the home button is odd. I click it once and the home button gives me about 6-7 rapid clicks. Is it the home button pressure sensor? How can I fix this.

Hey!
Try to disconnect the Home-Botton connector from the flex cable behind the LCD assembly, remove the Button completely and resest all parts again. Then test it again.

Tried that still having same issue.
Okay, in this case - if you are really sure all is sitting in place and is connected correctly - it could be possible the flex cable or button itself was killed. I rememvered the button and its board sticks very hard at the back of the LCD assembly and needs to remove carefully. Maybe you detect any damages at the board or cable?
And I think you should try another home button-flex.
