Low end buzzing on the left side pice, and drivers might be shaking

Ive had these pair for about 4 weeks and ive had this constant problem of buzzing from the left side when listening to bass heavy songs (Like Sweatpants- Childish Gambino) and recently ive had a problem with the same side where the drivers seem to shake every so often and the buzzing get worse when it does. Is this a simple fix with a screwdriver and hotglue or should i return?
